I wants to know the Mandatory Excise Record  for who paying excise duty more then 1 Crore (CENVAT+PLA)

Sir,

I think as per CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004, RG-23A Part-I & Part-II is not mandatory to maintained. But I am not conformed.
