Please let me know, if there are any celing to managerial remuneration for Private Company (Pharmaceutical) having paid - up capital of Rs. 1 Crore

Hi,
Strict provisions related to managerial remuneration are not applicable to a private company. Hence you are free to give any remuneration to the director of a private company, subject to the provisions of your AOA.

what will be the date of acquisition for exemption purpose under the head capital gain in case of initial allotment of property by co-op society?whether it will be considered from the date of when we apply for its membership or from the date when construction completed by the society/
