Hi kausalya...Managerial remuneration is the topic of Corporate Law & not of Adavance accounting... It is in directors chapters in Corporate Law...

Ok . but in nov 2011 ipce exam they have askd 5 marks question on calculation of managerial remuneration in advanced accounting paper ..................
