Dear Sir
We are a nanufacturing unit, can we avail the service tax credit for Management service.whiche the management service bills received from our own group company.
Please clarify.

Yes you can avail the benefit of service tax paid.
Mr. H r sargunaraman why you are confused? You can avail the credit, provided that you are not using the said service for manufacturing or for provision of exempted product or exempted services. Hope you are clear on this.
