Dear All, Kindly clarify me when i manafacture Goods in SEZ & Sell to DTA what is the duty structure will come & for those duty structure can my purchaser avail cenvat credit when he sells it to an OEM customer.

import duty will be levied when the goods are sold from to SEZ to DTA.
clarify the second part of question (OEM Customer-?)
