Man power supply
A contractor suppling man power to company for plantation work, maintanance work will it come rcm in the company.

Hello Vinay,
Supply of Manpower is covered under fully RCM. In your case supervision and control is very important. if supervision and control is in hands of company then it shall be treatred as Supply of Manpower Service and Fully RCM Applied. and if supervision and control is in hands of contractor then there is no Supply of manpower service.
