I would like to ask the forum about the maintainence of minutes book of LLP is similar to Pvt. Ltd. ?
can you share some formats for a Minutes for Approval of accounts and various other resolutions ?

Please refer your LLP Agreement, if it provides for Meetings then minutes of the meetings held will have to be maintained. It is not compulsory to have meetings and minutes under the LLP Act.
