maintainence of invoice bill for wholesaler + retailer
if any person whose turnover is 2.5 crores and he is wholesaler + retailer... He is required to make invoice bill of even rs 20 if he sells on retail basis ?

no in case B2C transaction, so such invoice in compulsory unless customer demand for bill.
