DATE OF AGREEMENT IS IMPORTANT FOR SALE OF FLAT. IF THE AGREEMENT IS BEFORE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE VAT IS APPLICABLE.
AND AFTER COMPLETION CERT. VAT IS NOT APPLICABLE.
