We are Filing Six Monthly VAT Return. I want to know if there is no payment to be made then what is the Due Date of filing the Six Monthly VAT Return. Can Anybody Explain in Breif.

Bhavesh,If your firm is not liable for VAT Audit then you can file the return upto 30th June,2012 with Annexure J1-J2 ,G,H ", otherwise the last date for filling the return was 30th of April,2012.
what is rule 53 of mahavat pls explain in details.
