Machinery purchase urd
if a composite dealer purchases a second hand ro plant machine worth RS 20,000 from an unregistered person , is he liable to pay GSt on it ? or rcm ? kindly help me on it experts

No, GST is not payable on RCM u/s 9(4) of the CGST act 2017 for now when inward supplies are made from URD.
