1. You can avail refund only if you are providing zero rated services in terms of section 16 of IGST act and only in case of. inverted duty structure.
2.You can avail ITC of machinery purchased.
3) Nothing specific, you can avail and utilise directly. however, you will be require to reverse ITC whenever u write off machinery or you sold machinery.. there is mechanism for reversal.
