Machinery part repair
hello sir.. v r sending machinery part outstate for repair.. it is quite big part.. valuation around 50k.. what kind of documents should I give to transport.. so as to avoid any consequences

Delivery Challan for goods & other accessories delivery. Also with e-way bill is better for the movements.
(e-way bill not applicable if less than 50k. But, It's a good proof for transportation of goods in case any incident).

You need to issue delivery challan as per rule 55 of CGST Rules!

You have to issue DELIVERY CHALLAN for the Machinery parts along with E-Way Bill.
