I am a CPT student basically from a science back ground. I am good at maths. After a little struggle, now i am good at Accounts and Economics.. But my problem is I am not getting a good start to study M' law. Please help me how to study M'law . what areas are important, an exam point of view.. I am worried.. please help me..

bro.m law is most esy to stdy.in m law d question r mst esy in d whole cpt.d ask u question on d basis of concept.lke d eg given below every concept.q r mstly asked on contract act den on sales of good act and d least on partnership.

agree with akash . just understand the concept and apply the same knowledge in practical . it is one of the easiest subjects in CPT

So u r a science student, Congrats! and wondering what physics, chemistry got to do with mercantalism or business. I am sorry to state but "u are not a science student" , a science grad use logic and knows that physics laws or chemistry laws or even maths, all are based on observation and logic like that mercantile law too is also based on everyday life. sorry if u didn't find it s*xy enough with fancy equations and lusty diagrams. But the truth is,mercantile law is easy only if you get out of the misconception that you will find it difficult because you have studied law of motions and your brain just wouldn't accept law of contract.
I know that u are a maths student and will now want to proved my point so here is the formula, a sureshot formula to sail through Mercantile law:
Reading with a pencil + Marking keywords + use Logic to understand + read again at least 3 times + Solve MCQ = Success in M.Law
Assumptions: U have already thrown away your misconception and have started using logic.
hi farzan actually there is nothing 2 wory regarding law if u knw concept well ... as v science people do n physics dfinitions dnt mug it up .. understand every word ask questions urself , nce u start doing it u ll excel in m.c coz its my favourite .. i supoz u r in my frnd's list watever doubts u ask me ..
