Can anyone tell me an IPCC passed(both groups) student can directly join into M.com in Madras University as per MOU between ICAI & Madras University(without B.com) ?

A candidate who is either a graduate from a recognized university or has passed the Final examination of Chartered Accountancy Course of ICAI or on completion of the B.Com./ BBA degree through ICAI-UNOM shall be eligible for admission to M.Com Degree Course.
