We are manufacturers and we have sales to SEZ but not Exporters
Question is
1.) Are we eligible for the LUT?
2.) in July 2017 we have submitted a physical copy application but not received any issued lut so far is it deemed to be valid?
Please advise!

Yes, it is deemed to be approved if no rejection letter or communications received.
Also it can be applied for one F.Y only, So you may also file LUT for F.Y 2019-20, it is available now.
