Last year the GSt Superitendent demanded huge amount for signing GST Bond/LUT. Started from high 5 digits and came down to 2K that too in front of CCTV Camera.

 

Now the previous year LUT uploaded is no longer visible when I try to view Submitted LUT Status ? Looks liek they have deleted.

When we inform the persons in the department that there is no manual procedure, they tell that they are not able to see the online submitted document, so we have to submit manually.

Visiting department has become very stressful job now bcoz the rules they are mentioning is only to be followed by us but not by them.

Depaertment should have uploaded this circular yesterday morning itself.

I visited the dedpartment yesterday and spent almost 3 hours jsut to submit the documents asked by the officer. Unfortunately the GSTO was not on his seat to do the required job.

Hence his assistant asked me to dcheck back after 1 week. But now the Circular clears the doubts and the Documents will be automatically accepted without any FUSS or bribe.

NO MANNUAL PROCEDURE ... SUBMIT IT ONLINE AND READ THE NOTIFICATION

The doubt is bcoz, we have applied for additional place of business in online procedure. The rule as per GST is it should be amended within 15 days but it is already past 20 days and it is showing as pending for processing (not yet been approved) from the department side.

I called Jurisdictional office to check the status of LUT Renewal and they told that they are not issuing LUT Numbers now after issue of Clarification in the said circular and hence ARN issued online is sufficient.

Shall I insist them to issue LUT No. ?

So, if anyone asks for LUT copy, are we supposed to show the first sheet or second sheet or both.

Jurisdictional Officer told that we need to furnish ARN Copy at the time of Export.

Though I think we must have proper LUT Letter from Officer. I'll personally visit the office tomorrow and check back.

Did you check with the Jurisdictional officer about LUT. The doubt is, if we mention the ARN No in Invoice-is it sufficient.

Sorry, could not get time as got busy with some other assignment.

Ok, please inform once you visit the department. Because, when I asked them, they told that online submission is enough and ARN No itself is approved copy. 

But, I still have a doubt as to how it is to be mentioned in the Invoice. Even, I am seeing that they are not having one answer in the department, they are giving different answers and some doesn`t know what to do?

I visited the GSTO office and they told that ARN is enough as a proof of accetance.
