Lut for exports

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest me a solution for my problem, I filed LUT for the FY 2019-20 on 25/03/2019. ARN No is generated in the portal and confirmation mail also received with ARN No.After making many shipments, we came to know that our ARN No is not reflecting in customs portal. And, in the GST department also, they are not able to help.

I also have raised Greivance in the portal but no solution found still. Can anyone suggest what has to be done next in this situation. as I cannot submit for new LUT again as previous shipments done will have many problems.
