LUT for 2018-19 is it necessary to submit paper document ? some of the officers are asking to manual submition. if online submitted when LUT is available

Yesterday, GOI through Twitter clarified that online submission will suffice and no requirement of manual submission of any docs.

However, GOI provided facility to submit LUT online but did not release any procedure to issue LUT online. So, almost offiicer are asking to submit it mannually.

GOI PROVIDED THIS ONLINE FACILTY ONLINE LUT 2018-19 BECAUSE OF BRIBE ACCEPTING BY THE OFFICERS

All officer are not same. Honest officer are available in Departmernt. Everybody know who is carrier for Bribe. Tax profeesional are earning huge money on the name of officer.
