i need some more information
ITR -1 is applicable for the assessee , its nessessry to show compansation amount in itr or not , and any supporting documents will be uploaded or not
Same ITR 1 would be applicable........ I repeat, to declare the income under Exempted income.
No need to upload any document, but keep ready a copy of court decree for submission in case of any query....
