Lube oil used in Runnign Machinery can we take the cenvat credit . or if we used it to running the DG set what will be the procedure to avial the cenvat credit

The defination of "Input" inclused Lubricating oil, so the credit can be taken with a rider that there must be nexus between the input and the final product.

CENVAT CREDIT OF LUBRICATING OIL IS AVBL AS PER RULE 2(k) OF CCR 2004
