PL. clarify that
1. LTCG TAX has option of either 20% after taking into A/C - Cost inflation index /
or/ otherwise 10% flat without CII ?
2. Also whether after basic exemption, no 80c & no slab parameters are applicable ?

Whether 10% flat tax rate option is available only for certain BONDS & DEBT SECURITIES, & NOT FOR OTHER CAPITAL ASSETS like GOLD, PROPERTIES etc. ?
