LTCG ON SELLING HOUSE PROPERTY

Dear sirs, i purchased a flat in 2010 Feb .for Rs 900000. Selling in this month Dec 2020 for 2750000.improvement done in 2014 for 124000.brokrage 550000.to agent 1 do not want to purchase another house. please advise how much tds i got to pay. as LTCG .HOW MUCH WILL BE THE LTCG AND WHEN TO DEPOSIT TDS.THANKS AND REGARDS

Sir why you deposit TDS??
as TDS is deposited by buyer by using seller pan card
and regarding LTCG Calculation it's required both purchase and sales transaction and other information too
it's better you see a good CA nearly by you
it will calculate through indexing and Which will be easy for you to give him information

Sir i have given info of purchase and selling.I want to pay tax on capital gain as i don't want to buy another home. please advise

Brokerage seems to be high than the normal I. e. almost 25% which is not acceptable by the department.

anyhow, as per the figures furnished by you ,the Ltcg would be
full value of consideration - 2750000
less : incidental charges - 550000
net value of consideration - 2200000
less indexed cost - 1557485
less indexed improvement 149317
Ltcg = 493198
Ltcg tax = 98640

you have to pay 90% of 98640 or 98640 as advance tax, on or before 15th March December 2021
