I purchased a property, let's say P1 in 2008. I sold P1 in 2011 and bought a second property P2 claiming LTCG exemption. Now, I want to sell P2 and purchase a property P3 in another city. All properties have been in different cities. If I am purchasing multiple properties but after selling previous thus holding one at a time, is there any restriction in claiming LTCG exemption us 54 more than one time ?
