Brought forward loss of LTCG (STTpaid) can be adjusted against current year's non-STT paid LTCG. Is there any recent judgements.

Hello Rupam,
Long Term Capital Loss which are subjected to STT are dead loss i.e. they are neither eligible for set off against any other Income u/s 70 nor they can be carried forward and set off u/s74. Such losses have no tax treatment.
