I have bough Car in my Spouse name Rs 7.5 laks invoiced in Feb 2021, I have missed to claim this through my employer. Shall I claim this now while filing ITR under 10(15). Please advice.

No i think u can't claim now
As Amit opined, It is not possible to claim LTC ( maximum of Rs.36,000) in the return since as per Rule 2B(1A)(i) of the IT Rules, the claim should be made in lieu of LTA under second proviso to section 10(5).
