LTA u/s 10(5) query

Dear Vinayak,

I think if place travelled (i:e Destination) is same then Exemption will be allowed but the amount will be calculated based on the shortest route as mentioned in the provisions.

Because if place travelled are different then it will be treated as 2 journies - In this case also it can be claimed subject to the condition of maximum of 2 journies in a Block of 4 years

Needless to say period of travel should be same....
