i have doubt in LTA requirement
one of my employee availed LTA option he travelled from hyderabad to niazmuddin, jhansi to lucknow, from lucknow to varanasi
again when he returning varanasi to delhi, form delhi to HYderabad
whether he is eligible to claim the LTA

Yes, the employee is eligible for LTA exemption provided the employee submits all the required bills related to his/her travel. Also keep in mind that an employee can claim such exemption only twice in a block of four years. At present the block is from 1st April, 2006 to 31st March, 2010.
