Our Company paid LTA in April 2010 (it falls under 1st yr of New Block). Can exemption be given even if the tickets produced are dated after Apr 2010. ?

yes you can take exemption but you give this detail to your employer.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
