Ls it imp to byheart all d names of case laws for dt n idt??
hii..pls tel me is it imp to byheart names of all case laws..i m finding it difficult to remembr all of dem..does not mentioning case name affect reduce marks in exam??

It's ok to not to remember them in ca exams...
but not so in cs....
if quoted do it right else leave it.
