Lower TDS Certificate for Cash Withdraw
We know that bank deduct TDS on cash withdrawal.Can we apply for lower TDS Certificate of this ?

We can not apply for the lower or nil deduction of TDS in this case as section 197 has not amended to give effect of the same. Since, section 197 has only permitted specified payments on which lower or nil deduction certificates can be issued.
