I have shown lower liability in GSTR 3B on 2017 18...now I will file annual return
my query is ...should I add understated liability on 17 18 in GSTR 3B of 2018 19(my GSTR 3B return of 18 19 is still pending ) as well as annual return on 17 18

In my opinion show the correct figures in gstr 9 and file drc 03 for short payment and interest

yeah I think same and I should not show it GSTR 3B as I will show all in annual return...I have ITC credit balance will be paid out of there

if you show it in gstr9 and your output liability got increase in gstr9 you need to pay it in cash you can't pay off through credit ledger

then how to pay it off out of credit balance as it will not be fair to pay thorough cash ledger...
