What is lower or nil rate TDS

nil rate or lower rate of deduction will happen when the deductee party providing a certificate issued by income tax commissioner u/s 197 stating the percentage to be deducted as TDS on payment made to those parties. A seperate option will also be there for non deduction in case of Transporter.
