Lower deduction certificate applicability for prior dated invoice
Hi
We have received an Invoice dated Feb 2017 in March 2017 and same time they have given lower deduction certificate for the period 1st March to 31st March so can we consider lower deduction for this Invoice as deduction happening in March or not to be consider as bill dated Feb?
