low marks in exams

Results are out and me out too,expected exmptn in audit law,but got 39 in law and 27 in audit.Dont know what gone wrong and now what to do after this result same happened with isca .specly whn i m strng in thry prtn.

If you expected exemptions in theory subjects and did not reach that...then it is completely because of your presentation skills or you might not have written sufficient important points. It is very much advisable to get a certified copy of your paper..go through it, see what have gone wrong....put your efforts on the same

next time try to quote your name in a query so that you can represent your selves,

coming to the topic agree with uday zee, presentation and over conceptual understanding is very much required in case of presenting theory..

i prefer read isca institute material i know its boring font but it gave me 57 marks, and auditng you have to write the answer as an auditor.

example

M/S xyz limited is following LIFO instead of FIFO. and because of which the stock loss is present...what is your opinion being an auditor

as per the informations and explanations together with our audit examination except the method of valuation of stock we express a true and fair view, this is a qualified report...this is the qualified way of giving a report.

for law: try to remember the original section and write the section and write as an auditor as per the facts and circumstances given above, section xx has been dealt with.

never let you down, i got 9 marks in CA final first attempt however i got 63 in next attempt, dont worry keep up and try hard a bit of changes in the way you present changes the answer....gives a professional feel....
