You can check your result with the help of your Regn no., (SRO/CRO etc.,) and the PIN opted by you while applying for the examination.
Well, if it is the IPC result declared today that you want to check, the page might not be opening because the server is busy (with everybody visiting the site). Keep trying or try checking after some time.
