Husband got housing loan and repaying the loan. But the property is in his wife name and it is self occupied. she is unemployed and no income. Can husband claim the interest paid on Housing loan in Loss from House property and reduce TDS.

Husband might have taken loans from friends or relatives for house buying. But since property is in wife name, husband won't get tax benefit
