whether F& O is a speculative or ordinary business. for how many years we can carry forward loss from F&O business

F & O done on Recognise stock exchange are not speculation business.
So loss can be forward for 8 yr.

if it is eligible transaction U/s 43(5)
but if it is mark to market loss than while assessing income it is to add back
