Lorry freight in RCM

we have business in manufacturing sector. i have paid lorry freight charges in outwards & inwards supply's. i have paid GST Registered & unregistered dealers. need rcm rules to lorry freight charges.

If the Transporter (Lorry) is under GTA then Gst will be payable under rcm basis by service recipient...

If not GTA then no need to pay GST Tax under rcm basis...

I have paid freight charges 2970/-(yarn sales) my transporters running small vehicle, unregistered in GST. RCM Applicable or not. 2) i have paid freight charges 42000/.(cotton purchase) my transporter name south india lorry suppliers. (payment paid by cheque only) RCM Applicable or not( i have registered in GST)

Rcm not related to above said sales and purchase.

Rcm applicable based on GTA or other than GTA. You will check out the bilty by the transporter and consider he is GTA or Not...

If GTA then pay GST Tax under rcm basis...
If not GTA then no need to pay GST Tax under rcm basis...
