A PERSON (MR. X) INHERETED 14 ACERS OF LAND WHICH HE SOLD BY CUTTING IT INTO PLOTS FROM BOUNDARY. A SMALL TRIANGLE WAS LEFT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LAND. A COLONY WAS ESTABLISHED BY PURCHASERS. MR. X'S UNSOLD LAND WAS INITALLY MADE A PARK THEN WAS CONVERTED INTO A SMALL TEMPLE WITH PARK, WITHOUT MR. X'S CONSENT. WHEN MR. X CAME TO KNOW, HE ALONG WITH THE CONONY PEOPLE BUILT A BIGGER TEMPLE THERE. ITS BEEN 12 YEARS SINCE.
NOW AS ON DATE, MR. X FEARS THAT HIS OWNERSHIP OF THAT LAND WILL DISSOLVE SINCE HE ALLOWED HIS LAND TO BE OF PUBLIC USE BY CONSTRUCTING A TEMPLE. MY QUERY IS CAN A PRIVATE PROPERTY BECOME PUBLIC PROPERTY DUE TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED ACT?
IF YES THEN HOW CAN ITHE CONVERSION BE PREVENTED?
