Looking for help from ca in audit/ tax practise

We are looking for help from CA freinds in practise as auditors (internal / concurrent/ Statutory Auditor) with a small Urban Cooperative Bank with upto 3 to 5 branches anywhere in India. The big companies and their professionals would search for Practicing Company Secretaries (PCS) to complete their Secretarial Audit, and other Certifications from PCS.
