long term capital loss on shares
If a person has long term capital loss from selling share ,in which coloum I have to show it in capital gain schedule? whould such losses be carried forward?

It is for A.y 2018-2019 & STT has been paid on it ,sir kindly explain it in detail
As the loss on LTCG on equity is dead loss, it is not to be disclosed in ITR, as the same cannot be carried forward; nor can it be setoff with any other LT capital gains. (till AY 2018-19)
