Long Term Capital Gains on Shares

Please Guide for this query of Long Term Capital Gain 

1. I have ABC Company 10000 Shares @ Rs.10per share date 01-04-1991
2. I received more bonus Shares @ ratio 1:1 on 01-10-2020 so now I hold more 10000 Shares @ Rs.0
3. I sold 15000 Shares on 01-01-2022 @ Rs.990per share
4. FMV As on 31-01-2018 of ABC Shares is Rs.1050per share

In above Scenario will Long Term Capital Gain be Taxable ? 
If Taxable then please guide me with working

LTCG over 10,000 shares will be Nil.

While for remaining 5,000 shares will be Rs. 5000 * 990/- (LT)

You hv to explain the reason for receipt of shares cost of which will be o.Sharws sold.
Bonus shares received 1:1 hence the shares cost of accquistion is NIL. Remaining 5000 it will be 990.
This is the explanation.
