Long Term Capital gain
I have acquired a residential plot,through gift settllement during 2012.I am going to sell the same now.What will be the aquisition value&date of aquisition,for the purpose of LTCG tax.

Cost of acquisition would be the cost incurred by the true owner of the property and date of acquisition will be the date at which the true owner has acquired the property.
