How to get user I'd and password ?
one of my Clint has filled his return through a lawyer, but now he wants to filled it by me.
but he don't know the user I'd and password, and that lawyer don't give the user I'd and password to my Clint, and the forgot user I'd and password also not work because that lawyer give own mobile number and mail I'd.
so is there any process to reset I'd and password??

Ask your client to contact to your sale tax department with his ID , the Eto has rights can reset the login , password
You can reset password if you have access to your registered email I'd and registered mobile number else you can contact your respective sales tax office.
