logic/Reason behind ITC not available on rent a cab/taxi

If it is A for personal use itc not available , however if service or cab has been taken for related bushiness then ITC will be allow.

Because of unreasonable , that's why in new amendment act 31 of 2018 , it was inserted that if the vehicle with capacity .of 13 person for transportation of person the ITC is available.
