Is it mandatory to mention transport charges (within city or outskirt) of unregistered autowalas in the invoice which is used for billing of the material that is being shipped to client?
I mean whether transportation can be free of cost if its cost is included in the materials being shipped?

Yes, its possible, when the price is inclusive of freight, as in case of CIF or FOB quote.
