Local taxes in house rent income

Hi,

For calculation of House Rent income we can deduct Local Taxes

What local tax include

I am paying

1 Property Tax

2 Water Charges / Tax it is not metered everybody pays according to  Area of house

3 Sewage /Drainage Charges
