one Delhi registered dealer purchased material in tamilnadu by hand. it's comes under local sales or inter sales (pos - tamilnadu)

If mentioned Delhi GSTN number on the purchase bill then it would be interstate otherwise intra state
I mentioned Delhi gst no. but at the time of gstr 1 filling system ask place of supply I filled Tamil Nadu it's shows intra state. please clarify
sale is inter - state sale if purchase bill mentioned the delhi customer details on bill and gstin mentioned on bill is also 07(delhi) so it is confirm to be inter - state sales
