Loan syndication charges

Any amount paid to bank tds is not applicable but tds will be applicable if you take the loan from a private parties like TATA capital and you pay such charges 

If exercise of power of issuance of show-cause notice can be traced to a legitimate source, fact that same was purported to have been exercised under a different power does not vitiate show-cause notice itself.
